Mr. Hanretta, I have entered into the record reporting from the Boston Globe about an incident at the Bedford VA in Massachusetts where an off-duty officer drove drunk to a car dealership, ran out of gas, demanded to be filled up by the car dealership, and when they refused, threatened the car dealership employees with a gun.
