I have a question and perhaps an answer might clear it up for those who are still trying to sort through this legislation. H.R. 3108, as introduced, included a provision that would have replaced the 30-year Treasury rate with a flat rate of 5.5 percent for purposes of the so-called section 415 limit. This provision was dropped in the amendment being considered today. Will this provision be considered as H.R. 3108 moves forward?
