That is true. And on the House bill, it simply does not include permanent extension of employer-provided education either. We live in an atmosphere now and at a time when people are going to have to be continually called upon to upgrade their skills. There is nothing in the House bill that supports lifelong learning. Maybe the gentleman could explain to me the absence of this exclusion.
