Mr. Speaker, my point was and is Republicans voted for the PATH Act, as we did, and the bill is due. Mr. Speaker, I yield 1 minute to the distinguished gentleman from New York (Mr. Jeffries), the minority leader in the House of Representatives, a champion of long-term worthwhile investments.
