There have been many changes that appear to have been made to the President's education package. These changes to me appear to be detrimental to low- and moderate-income students and seem to benefit those in the higher income brackets. Do not the Republicans provide a reduced HOPE credit for the first 2 years in college in the case of students attending a low-cost institution?
