Mr. Speaker, I would remind my colleague that her vote for this bill will result in 63,000 people in South Dakota losing their healthcare coverage and care. Mr. Speaker, I yield 1 minute to the gentleman from Oregon (Mr. Blumenauer), a visionary, certainly, a forward-looking individual who also helped to write the ACA.
