I would love to see some more detailed statistics on that, because to be perfectly honest, when people come into my office foyer who can't access the program or they don't know about it...

My hope is that your proposal... will prompt us into at least having an adult conversation about where we want to go.

For me it is much more interesting, when I go to my constituents, I talk about specific projects.

And to be perfectly honest, everybody likes to do different things. I am not one who likes to throw around hundreds of millions of dollars or billions of dollars because it doesn't mean much to my constituents.

What I am looking for is the ability to have an honest discussion with not just my colleagues, but also my constituents, to tell them the truth.
