I just want to be clear that under the structure that we are discussing, either under the Miller amendment or the existing structure of the bill, the workers in New York and New Jersey will be treated equally. There is no difference. There is no additional money in the amendment that I offered that was made whole in the rule that would treat New Yorkers any better than those in New Jersey or Connecticut. So I think we really need to make that clear to everyone, and hopefully they will consider that when they consider voting against the amendment.
