I share his concern for the findings in the New York Department of Health's report which show the high incidence of breast cancer in Rockland County and the East Side of Manhattan. I want to assure my colleagues, the gentleman from New York (Mr. Gilman) and the gentlewoman from New York (Mrs. Maloney), that it is the intent of the language included in the conference report for this study to be directed to the New York School of Medicine.
