Mr. Speaker, I would take a few seconds to close and, merely, I would like to thank our staffs, both minority and majority staff, for the remarkable amount of effort they put into this. We had six preconferences prior to conference. They worked very, very hard as did all of the members of the subcommittee. I would especially like to thank the ranking member, the gentleman from West Virginia (Mr. Mollohan), who was very supportive all the way along. There was no partisanship at all in this bill. I submit the bill to the consideration of the House. I urge its adoption.

I grew up in a working class family. I am the son of immigrants and a proud second-generation capital laborer. I have always stood with America`s working people. I will continue to do so as your secretary of labor.
