I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 220, insert after line 16 the following: (E) The individual or (in the case of the covered periods described in subparagraphs (A) and (B) of paragraph (3)) an immediate family member of the individual is an agent of a foreign principal under the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended (22 U.S.C. 611 et seq.). The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 172, the gentlewoman from Massachusetts (Mrs. Trahan) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Massachusetts.
