Clearly, the Federal Government has failed here multiple times over, and I would--I'm just curious.

So, it is clear that there are those barriers and so many changes that are affecting Native Americans and ultimately the health outcomes and quality of life.
I think if Congress responds by actually saying you are not allowed to sell your health insurance product anywhere else in our market if you don't adhere to our laws.
