This is, in all likelihood, my last committee hearing as well. It has been an extraordinary honor and pleasure and privilege for me to join all of you on the best committee in Congress.

Diverse enrollment of participants in vaccine clinical trials has been a concern long before COVID-19.

It is not going to be a surprise to anybody in this committee--offshore wind development. This has been a priority of mine since I first arrived in Congress.

Beyond the horrific loss of life caused by this pandemic and the administration's failed response, the economic consequence of job losses, business closures, imminent evictions, will last for generations.
