It has become obvious to all that chemical and biological warfare is a clear and present danger to our country. The two gentlemen who lead the Subcommittee on Defense of the Committee on Appropriations... have recognized this fact for many years and have steadfastly worked to increase the funding for the variety of promising technologies in development to protect us from these weapons of mass destruction.
