I have been in the Congress, now in my 7th year, and it is easy to become quite cynical. I often wonder how it is that people do make those, reach those conclusions. In this particular year in the tax debate that we have been going through, it seems to me it has been particularly difficult for the Republicans to sustain their deliberate misinformation, deliberate misinformation here about exactly who it is that is going to benefit from their tax cut plan.
