At this time, I would like to yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Texas, Ruben Hinojosa, who has been deeply involved in the passage of this bill.

I want to just amplify comments made by Mr. Courtney with respect to what the Ryan budget would do to some of the higher education funds on that.
