Page 375, after line 6, insert the following: (1) by inserting ``or commercial fishing'' after ``aquaculture'' the 1st place it appears; (2) by striking ``or aquaculture'' each place it appears and inserting ``aquaculture, or commercial fishing''; Page 375, line 7, strike ``(1)'' and insert ``(3)''. Page 375, line 15, strike ``(2)'' and insert ``(4)''. Page 375, line 19, strike ``(3)'' and insert ``(5)''. Page 375, line 22, strike ``(4)'' and insert ``(6)''.
