I don't think I've seen a display of this kind of disrespect in all the time I've been here in Congress, and it's unfortunate that anybody would have to be subjected to it.

What we need to help with some ideas and what are we going to do, the enforcement provision that we put in was weak. It got watered down in the conference committee on that.

This project is totally out of control.
