So it seems to me that people that want to be critical first on the one hand say what a great job this administration has done on sanctions and internationalizing them and having it move forward and then they qualify that by saying in the medium and the long-range, but they don't think it is a going to be immediate enough to actually reach the goal, which is to somehow impede the development of nuclear power capacity on that.
