The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following new section: Sec. ___. For ``Department of Justice, State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance'' for the John R. Justice Prosecutors and Defenders program, as authorized by the first section 3001 of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3797cc 21) (relating to loan repayment for prosecutors and public defenders), there is hereby appropriated, and the amount otherwise provided by this Act for ``National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Science'' for Mars Next Decade is hereby reduced by, $10,000,000.
