I thank the Speaker because it is difficult to maintain a nexus, but we do have to take opportunity that we can to make sure that we are at least heard to some degree on this budget that is coming up and make sure that we use whatever time we can to make sure people understand that there is a difference between the parties when it comes to dealing with the social and economic security of this country. We can talk under the rules all we want about being able to step out and protect our Nation and there is no disagreement, but there ought to be a debate as between accelerating tax cuts and accelerating the tax cuts for the wealthy versus doing things for the economic security of this country.
