I don't think I've seen a display of this kind of disrespect in all the time I've been here in Congress, and it's unfortunate that anybody would have to be subjected to it.
At this time, I would like to yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Texas, Ruben Hinojosa, who has been deeply involved in the passage of this bill.
The argument that extending benefits removes incentive to find a job is ludicrous.
I think that the Noel Canning case may seriously impact that, in which case we are all going to be concerned about that.
