At this point, I would like to yield 1 minute to the gentleman from Connecticut, Joe Courtney, who has been a strong member of the committee and an advocate of workforce investment for some time.

At this point in time, I yield such time as he may consume to the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Danny K. Davis) to engage in a colloquy.

I think that the Noel Canning case may seriously impact that, in which case we are all going to be concerned about that.

I just haven't heard any evidence that indicates to me that there is any reason to believe that this board won't be fair-minded.
