yesterday Senator McCain and I introduced a resolution with respect to our engagement in a support role in Libya. I think the majority leader is making a determination about exactly when the Senate might consider this. But a number of colleagues on our side have sort of expressed some questions about it, and because of those questions, I thought it was important that we clarify for the record, as Senators consider this over the course of the next days, the answers to their questions. With that in mind, I am happy to engage in a colloquy now with both the Senator from California, Mrs. Boxer, and the Senator from Illinois, Mr. Durbin. I think Senator Boxer wishes to lead off.
