I would like to say I have just been handed an item from the Citizens For Tax Justice, which is a nonpartisan Washington-based research group, saying that 897,000 Massachusetts children would be ineligible under the House plan, and 850,000 would be ineligible under the Senate plan. That is 48 percent of Massachusetts' children ineligible under the House plan and 46 percent ineligible under the Senate plan. This is not a good bill for children.
