I would like to have the attention of the gentleman from New York [Mr. Solomon]. I know that the gentleman has got scheduled hearings on the term limit bill up before the committee this morning. Since we are not going to take it up until the end of the month, and we are discussing two major amendments to the rules that are taking place here on the floor, does the gentleman not think we should be on the floor making sure this thing comes out right this time rather than going up to the committee to take evidence and term limits where we have so much time in order to put it together?
