I said I was not opposed to the bill, I was opposed to the process. We have a committee process in the Congress. The Congress meeting in committee is the Congress working. I mean all of a sudden just to set that committee process aside and create a task force, why do we not just do away with all of the committees and make a task force; in fact, get rid of the Committee on Rules and just get a task force. Things would be done much quicker, but I am not sure that being quick about some of these pieces of legislation is the best way to go.
