I do not know what script it was the gentleman was reading from, but this is not about violating law. This is a sense of the House resolution that has no power. If the gentleman really felt as strong as he says, why does he not get the proper piece of legislation before the House. This is the payment of legal fees and who is responsible. It is not about violating the law.
