“I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: In section 132(c) of the Clean Air Act, as proposed to be added by section 3 of the bill, strike ``and'' at the end of paragraph (1), strike the period at the end of paragraph (2) and insert ``; and'', and add at the end the following paragraph: ``(3) the term `nuisance dust' does not include particulate matter containing arsenic or other heavy metals that are hazardous to human health.''.
