The text of the amendment is as follows: In title II, strike section 211 and insert the following new section: SEC. 211. DELAY OF NEW LONG-RANGE PENETRATING BOMBER AIRCRAFT. (a) Prohibition on Funds.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, none of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for any of fiscal years 2013 through 2023 for the Department of Defense may be obligated or expended for the research, development, test, and evaluation or procurement of a long- range penetrating bomber aircraft. (b) Reduction of Funds.--Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for research, development, test, and evaluation, Air Force, as specified in the corresponding funding table in division D, is hereby reduced by $291,742,000, with the amount of the reduction to be derived from Line 042, Program Element 0604015F, Long Range Strike, as set forth in the table under section 4201.
