I agree. Let's come to the basics. The libel laws in this country are controlled by a key society, by the Supreme Court in 1964, probably the New York Times versus Sullivan. It was a nine nothing decision, Anderson, which said that in order to -- for a public figure to sue somebody for a libel and succeed not only have the proof that the statement, the critical statement was, you know, false. But you also have to prove actual malice that the person or the publication making the critical statement knowingly, you know, misdescribed or did it with malice.
