It is important in its own right, Anderson, because it continues a pattern now some 18 years long reducing armaments on both sides; as of 1991 when the talks started, over 10,000 warheads with each side. This treaty will put us under 2,000 on each side. And it also allows both nations to push other rogue nations like Iran not to build nuclear weapons.
