On February 27, 2015 Mr. Speaker, had I been present for the vote on the Motion to go to Conference on H.R. 240, I would have voted ``no.'' I would like the record to reflect how I would have voted if I were present: On rollcall No. 102, I would have voted ``no.'' I remain strongly disappointed that Republican leadership has not brought a clean, long- term bill to fund the Department of Homeland Security to the floor. It is time to adequately fund DHS operations and personnel and stop playing games with our national security. ____________________
