We did not know anything about Katrina being a devastating natural disaster. We did not know about FEMA not having the resources. We did not know about the lack of coordination. You know what? You know what? They know nothing. They do not know how to govern. And that is what I would describe as a habit that has developed over time, a habit of incompetence.

If they want the market to function in a way where there is no government support, intervention, regulation, they will discover it if there is another September of 2008; it will be a debacle.
We didn't get here because of government. We got here because government didn't do its job.
I find repugnant and offensive, and again adds to why we need to do--to close Guantanamo and to move forward.
