I am not aware of any Member of this body on either side of the aisle who favors or supports a tax or a fee on accessing the Internet to sell or purchase anything. To my knowledge, that position is shared by the governors and State legislatures of all 50 States. Governors in State legislatures do not want to tax the Internet.
