they still cannot find the weapons of mass destruction. And, by the way, I do not know if the American people are aware of this, but it has cost and will cost the American taxpayer simply to look, to secure the experts, secure the expertise, to look for these weapons of mass destruction, which by now there is an overwhelming consensus that they do not exist and that they never existed. It is costing the American taxpayers $1 billion. Just think of what $1 billion could do for Hawaii or for Massachusetts. I mean, I guess, that is a subject for another night.
