Well, again, just to be clear in my mind, and I am sure that those who might be viewing our conversation this evening want clarity, what you are suggesting is that when the concept or the proposal of an independent commission looking into the events and the failures that led to our national tragedy on 9/11, it was President Bush and Vice President Cheney that steadfastly refused to accept the creation of that Commission; is that correct?
