What I am suggesting to you is there is another method that is far superior than vesting the authority in the executive without any check of balance.

It isn't about government overregulating. It is government abdicating its responsibility to supervise.

If we do not address these issues from a public policy perspective, we put the free marketplace at risk.

I guess my position is, we don't have time.
