I applaud what you are trying to accomplish. I might have some disagreements in terms of degree, but I know what you are trying to do.
I wanted to note that in hearings before the Committee which I Chaired there were a number of military prosecutors that testified that described that entire process as a sham, a joke and a fraud being perpetrated.
To call that a 'contract' is, you know, flattery taken to a different level. I mean, that is just--that is a joke.
When you are looking for whipping boys, you know, the CRA is just a prime target.
