I wonder out loud whether that $200 billion that we have already expended of taxpayers' dollars in Iraq, if that had been diverted to deal with the real enemy, and I think the gentleman makes an excellent point, it is absolutely essential that we agree to identify the enemy that poses a threat to the United States. I am not referring again to nation states.
