I think it says something about our system, our political system and how, you know, how there are powerful interests that oftentimes, I believe, don't really understand their own interests in the long term.
The military commissions will always be a second-rate court system set up for illegitimate purposes.
What I am suggesting to you is there is another method that is far superior than vesting the authority in the executive without any check of balance.
If they want the market to function in a way where there is no government support, intervention, regulation, they will discover it if there is another September of 2008; it will be a debacle.
