The question was, if we are published, do we give up our ability to use trade secrets. My answer was, if that was the question, the answer is that any time we go for a patent, we give up the right to go trade secrets. I want to finish the one question which was, is there a conflict between trade secrets and publication? My understanding, as I said, is that applying for a patent is an alternative to trade secret. If that was not the question, rather than claiming I answered 'Yes,' the gentleman ought to rephrase the question.
