Dodd-Frank actually said that there is no legal authority to use public money to keep a failing entity in business.
We are talking about dismantling the one and only consumer protection agency that we created.
We will not acquiesce. We will not give our consent. We will fight.
Yes, I was frankly struck that Mr. Labrador went to such great pains to deny this.
