I am personally prepared to say that incomes over $300,000 do not need a tax reduction which is scheduled to go into effect as urgently as we need energy and security. So to the extent that we have outstanding tax reductions that have not gone into effect for incomes over $300,000, reducing the rate on that, there are tens of billions to be gained by that; that would be one place. And personally, I would look at some of the money in the agriculture bill also.
