I do think there is room for subtlety in that, but I don't think Glass-Steagall does it.
I don't think that adds to systemic risk. There is a loss of social function of economic activity.
The incentive became to make a quantity of loans and not quality.
If we are truly serious about ending poverty and uplifting all communities, we must reinvest in HUD.
