I think we're creating a system that violates the separation of powers and the checks and balances that are intended in the Constitution.

There is far more accountability in our aid program than any place in the United Nations or any other developed country that has an aid program.

It's utter nonsense. The most accountable aid agency in the world is USAID.

I think it is unwise to shut these programs down. That is my experience.
