I just wanted to ask about the bill's provision of what is called a final confirmation. If the Social Security or the INS does not have a record of you, as, for example, if you do not have a Social Security card, or you are born here so you do not have an INS record, the bill specifies that there must be what is called a ``secondary verification,'' and it must provide ``final confirmation.'' I just wonder what that might be.
