If we file overseas, we put ourselves into the overseas system. If we file overseas, we put ourselves into the European system. And if we choose not to, because we prefer the American system, and for good reason we prefer it, because it has more incentives for invention and more protections for the inventor, we should be allowed to proceed under the American system.
