First off, let me just suppose for a moment this Gephardt For President web ad was paid for by the Red Chinese Communists. They put this money to put this ad on the web, and as I understand it, the gentleman's position would be that nobody would know that this was financed by the Communists in China--or similarly banner ads on the web that they can put on at huge expense, spending say, $10 million. Is that correct?
