So disappointed, they then choose to go the trade secret route. So that the choice is not only at the beginning but along the path when it does not look like you are going to get a patent. In that context the average time of a patent being 19 months means that a substantial number, more than half, will see the present right held by a patent applicant being taken away. That is my point. I would be grateful to hear the gentleman's response.
